Founder & Managing Director

Neil is always a first draft for any backyard cricket team. That’s because he’s the guy who gets things done – determined, focused and committed to getting the best result for his team. He takes the same approach to supporting his clients, bringing strategic focus and creative ideas to every engineering challenge.

Neil started his engineering career working on Sea King helicopters as an aircraft engineer with the Royal Navy, simultaneously gaining a first-class honours degree in mechanical engineering from Portsmouth University. From there, he relocated to Australia and began his corporate career working on a number of Sydney’s iconic CBD sites. Before deciding to create his own company, Neil supported AT&T managing their Asia Pacific data centre real estate as Head of Engineering.

Neil is an active member of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers (ImechE) and Facility Management Australia (FMA).

Director – Building Services, New South Wales

There aren’t many people who are as passionate about sustainability in the building services industry as Ron. After 15+ years managing building maintenance projects, he became all too familiar with the heavy footprint they can leave on the environment. This motivated him to seek out ways to help clients tread more lightly.

Ron has achieved a wide range of sustainability accreditation, including NABERS, CBD and Green Star, to ensure he’s highly qualified and informed when guiding clients toward more energy efficient and sustainable business practices.

Ron’s commitment to improving the efficiency of buildings extends beyond sustainability, with his reputation in the industry for being a safe pair of hands to direct capital planning, asset management, auditing, due diligence and much more.

Director – Building Services, Victoria

Craig is a true engineer at heart with a strong desire to tread softly. He enjoys finding technical solutions that save resources and lessen the environmental impact of our actions.

Having worked in the building and construction sector for over 22 years, he is a seasoned professional with expertise in design, implementation, commissioning, project management, team and business leadership, as well as infrastructure, systems, and building technology.

Craig has also been involved in planning and asset condition assessment during this time to enable forecasting of capital works and operational/maintenance budgets.

Craig will make sure that every effort is made to achieve a successful conclusion for all parties involved, regardless of the size or scope of a client’s requirement.

Director – Building Services

Christian (Tian) is a professional and highly motivated member of Nutbrook Group. With 25+ years’ experience in technical and engineering related fields, he has worked in project and facilities management roles for many major companies in Australia and internationally, including Australasia, the UK and Africa.

Tian’s recent experience includes implementing and delivering project management plans for various capital works projects, coordinating tenancy fit outs with designers and clients, and designing reviews with architects and service consultants.

He has provided technical and operational support to clients and senior operational managers, including assisting with budgeting, forecasting and major capital expenditure programs.

Andrew is a highly experienced engineer and project manager who is at ease overseeing multiple multi-million-dollar projects at any one time.

Having previously worked for a leading property owner, Andrew is experienced in developing and delivering capital and operational strategies for assets that provide improved investment outcomes.

Andrew is keenly aware of how targeted building expenditure can improve the resilience of the asset’s income stream through improved tenant retention and attraction.

His considerable experience managing operational assets means that Andrew has an acute understanding of the challenges and risks that are associated with working in a live environment. This enables early identification and management of potential upstream and downstream risks.

The secret to Andrew’s success is his ability to understand the nuanced priorities of each stakeholder and make sure they know, through clear communication, that their needs and targets are being met.

Director – Asset Management Lead

Ben is a seasoned asset and facilities management professional with over 20 years of experience delivering strategic outcomes across government, education, infrastructure, and commercial sectors. He has led the development and implementation of complex asset management frameworks, capital investment strategies, and operational models aligned with ISO 55000, AMAF, and GFMAM standards.

Known for his ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, Ben consistently delivers value through clear strategic thinking, strong governance, and a collaborative leadership style. His track record includes managing major capital works programs, optimising procurement strategies, and transforming asset and facility operations to improve performance, compliance, and transparency.

Ben brings a rare blend of strategic insight and hands-on delivery expertise, equally adept advising at executive level or leading operational teams through change.

Rachael is a strategic and highly experienced project leader with a strong background in complex project management, governance, and stakeholder engagement.

With a passion for building meaningful partnerships, she has worked across government agencies, universities, and the private sector to align project outcomes with client objectives and community needs. Rachael brings a considered and adaptable approach, ensuring projects are delivered with clarity, accountability, and measurable impact.
