Project Overview

NSW Health commissioned Nutbrook Group to develop the design and tender documentation for a new Head to Health CAMHS facility located at 2 Reliance Drive, Tuggerah NSW. The project involved a contemporary fit-out of existing commercial office space to establish outpatient clinics and support services for Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS).

Collaborating with Johnstaff Project Management, Nutbrook Group was responsible for delivering comprehensive design services covering electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and fire systems for this $1.5M project.

During the schematic phase, our key focus was to collaborate with the client, architect, and project manager to identify design risks, address major coordination items, and secure client and Local Health District (LHD) representative endorsement of design parameters before advancing to the preliminary design phase.

The fitout included offices, consulting rooms, physiotherapy gymnasium, and doctor-patient interview rooms.
