UBS engaged Nutbrook Group to project manage the delivery of two speculative suite fit outs within their commercial office building at 299 Adelaide Street. The objective was to enhance the marketability of the asset and support faster leasing by delivering fully fitted, inspection-ready office spaces that aligned with current tenant expectations.
Our approach
To support the fitout execution, Nutbrook Group engaged its in-house engineering team to design all required building services and develop a full technical specification. This included mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic services drawings tailored to each fitout layout, along with detailed documentation covering compliance, performance, and quality standards. This integrated approach ensured design continuity, coordination efficiency, and alignment with UBS’s strategic leasing objectives.
