Project Overview:
Nutbrook Group was commissioned by One Five One Property for the pivotal task of managing the refurbishment of the Sky Lobby at 85 Castlereagh Street, Sydney. The project’s objective was to revitalise the entrance to a premium commercial tower in Sydney’s CBD, aiming to elevate the arrival experience, ensuring it mirrored the prestige and heritage of its location.

The refurbishment successfully added two concierge desks, modern digital displays, an innovative Third Space, and café improvements, complemented by vibrant greenery. These updates blend seamlessly with the lobby’s original bronze-clad columns and marble flooring, maintaining its architectural integrity while adding contemporary flair.
Our Approach:
This project entailed engagement with a broad spectrum of stakeholders, including three additional asset owners, numerous key tenant customers, and the building operations team. Nutbrook Group’s strategy involved a deep dive into understanding the unique needs and expectations of each stakeholder, ensuring their requirements were meticulously integrated into the project’s design and execution plan.
Throughout the refurbishment, Nutbrook Group meticulously monitored the project’s scope, budget, and timelines, crafting innovative solutions to navigate the complexities of balancing diverse and challenging needs. Executed within an operational building, the project demanded strategies to minimise disruption to daily activities.
Nutbrook Group prioritised regular, detailed, and customised communication with all stakeholders, providing updates that facilitated informed decision-making and a shared understanding of potential impacts and risk management strategies.
